This retreat will be offered during 6 days and participants will have the option to book for 3 days, 4 days , 5 days or 6 days. Please see the different ticket options in the section about tickets. 

About the Program

Hear your own voice. Write what’s inside. Play with color. Move with soul.

This 6-day retreat is an invitation to restore the creative energy you were born with and empower yourself towards authentic and embodied self-expression. 

Inside all of us is an artist waiting to express himself. This retreat is about tapping into that creative energy and using it to expand yourselves and release what’s no longer serving you.

To do this, you will embark on a journey of rewilding. Rewilding is a process of transformation. In this process, you work from the understanding that you are inseparable from nature. Through the creative arts, you practice honoring yourselves as you are and allowing the parts of yourselves that may have been stuck or dormant to rise to the surface.

Nourish yourself with daily yoga, meditation, sound healing, art-making, and excursions into nature. Enjoy the healing offerings of a gong bath, waterfall excursion, horse meditation, organic vegan wine and painting, and delicious vegetarian meals to feed your soul. 

Here, you can let go of roles and expectations. All events are optional, and this is a space to make your own according to your personal journey and needs. Come rewild with Alaya Retreat Centre!
